Warranty Coverage & Duration
Our TAHAN product warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase to avail of the warranty benefits.
During the warranty period, if your gear exhibits any manufacturing defects or malfunctions covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective parts or the entire product without any additional cost to you.
- Repair: We will repair any defects in the product caused by manufacturing issues.
- Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical or similar product of equal value.
- Refund: In case repair or replacement is not feasible, we will offer a refund.
The following scenarios are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the gear.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, and minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product.
- Damages caused by accidents, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Any damages arising from the use of the gear in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or instructions provided.
This product warranty is only applicable to TAHAN products purchased from our official online store. Purchases from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
Making a Warranty Claim
In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:

- Order number or purchase receipt.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the defect or malfunction.

- If a return or exchange of the camping gear is required due to a valid warranty claim, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Rights and Limitations
This warranty is exclusive and applies only to the original purchaser of the TAHAN product from PTT Outdoor. It does not transfer to any subsequent owners or users of the product.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as stated in the warranty claims process. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our gear.
