I've keyed in the promo code but the discount still doesn't apply. Help!
To help you troubleshoot:
1. Ensure that you’ve keyed in the promo code on the GrabPay or PayLater payment page and not on the merchant’s checkout page.
2. If the problem still persists, tap on “Add Offers” at the GrabPay or PayLater payment page. You will then see a list of available promo codes. Then tap on “Use Now” on the applicable promo.
Campaign Terms & Conditions
- Promo is valid from 1 Feb 2023 – 28 Feb 2023.
- Receive 2140 or 214 GrabReward Points with minimum spend of RM100 with PayLater OR GrabPay by Grab.
- No promo code is required to get the reward points, upon checkout at the GrabPay payment page via pttoutdoor.com .
